The annual Surveyworks! from the Rhode Island Department of Education is underway starting this week.  Students in grades 4 to 12 fill out the surveys unless parents choose to opt out.  A letter was sent home this week with your child explaining how you, as parents, can complete this simple ten minute survey. 

The quickest way to do this is online at http://www.surveyworks.ride.ri.gov.  You could also obtain a paper copy in the NSES office should you prefer that method.  Envelopes will be provided so that your responses are confidential.  If you have any questions about this survey, please contact the SurveyWorks help desk between 8:00 and 4:00 at 1-877-787-5725 or at surveyworks [at] wested [dot] org.
